Our story
At the Edge & End Foundation, we believe meaningful work can create confidence, independence, and a stronger sense of purpose.
Our mission is to help adults with disabilities and other underemployed individuals build practical job skills through hands-on woodworking education, mentorship, and real-world experience in the woodshop. By creating an inclusive place to learn and work, we help participants discover what they can do, develop confidence in their abilities, and prepare for meaningful employment.

Why Woodworking?
Woodworking teaches more than how to use tools.
It develops patience, focus, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. It also gives participants something tangible to be proud of: a finished piece they helped create with their own hands.
These skills can open doors not only in woodworking and manufacturing, but in many different workplaces.
